Can I order Online?

Yes, once you have chosen the STD test or STD screening package, go to the checkout section and complete the order form and payment form. Alternatively you can telephone us and we can take your order and payment over the phone.

Our Medical Advisors will be happy to provide you with FREE advice and information as to which STD tests you may require.

Order Received?

After you have submitted your STD test order you will receive an e-mail order confirmation. If you do not appear to have received a confirmation email within 20 minutes, please check your 'junkmail' or call us to confirm.

How quick do I get the results?

This will depend on the STD tests you are having. Most STD test results are available 24 hours after arriving at the laboratory.

Abnormal results?

If there are any abnormal STD test results discovered, we will strongly recommend that you consult your GP / Doctor for further advice or medication. We will store your sample for a week at our laboratory. Should you require any further tests we may be able to arrange this via a quick call to the laboratory.

Are they confidential?

All information and STD test results are treated with the strictest confidence in line with the highest standards of Medical Ethics and The Data Protection Act. Personal information will never be divulged to any third party (including your Doctor) without your prior written consent.
